Are you an experienced Nursery Manager who can travel to Twickenham? Our clients are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager who can support a large 90-plus place setting, grow the occupancy, develop the team, and has experience of working with budgets and financials. Additionally, the candidate should have experience of taking a nursery through an Ofsted Inspection.
The role is a 5-day week covering 38 hours, offering a competitive salary and numerous great benefits.
Requirements
Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare At least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams Ability to inspire, energise and support others A genuine passion and excitement to work with children and help others learn Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements Benefits
