At Wendover Nursery, we are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to support and lead the Nursery in the day-to-day management. You will need to be an experienced Nursery manager, have experience of running large nurseries, have worked with budgets and financials, know how to market your nursery, grow occupancy, and team, lead and support your team, and ideally have taken a nursery through a recent Ofsted Inspection. Working a 38hr week, with a salary up to £45k depending on experience, together with great benefits and onsite parking.
Wendover Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group, and is based in Wendover within walking distance of the mainline train station at Stoke Mandeville and an easy commute from Aylesbury. Requirements
Have at least 4 years of working within full day-care Nursery settings. Have managed a nursery setting and ideally have taken a nursery setting through an Ofsted Inspection. Can inspire a team and lead by example. Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development. Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development. Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments. Ensure the safety and well-being of every child, staff, parent, and visitor always. Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met. Qualified level 3 or above and at least 6 years' experience of working in a Nursery. Benefits
