With a fantastic knowledgeable management team and owners, there is a true family feeling in and around the setting that is then passed on to the parents/carers as well as the children! The successful candidate must have a fantastic knowledge of the EYFS and have experience in being responsible for a small group of key children. It is important to plan and implement activities to each individual child’s developmental stage. You must be able to cultivate fantastic relationships with not only the children but also the parents/carers; not to mention your team around you!
