Monday to Friday shifts between 8:30 – 4:30 You will be working towards Early Years Practitioner Level 2 which will take approximately 16 months. Do you have an interest in working with young children? Do you have a flair for creativity and a passion for teaching? If so, you may be interested in studying as an Early Years Practitioner. So, what will your day to day look like? Planning and delivering activities with children aged 0-8. Carrying out care needs to children which may include teeth, skin, hair, feeding and toileting under supervision. Supporting children with their general development including interacting with other children. Communicating with parents and carers about their child’s daily/weekly progress. Supervising children to ensure you are managing/avoiding any risks. What skills/qualifications or personalities would be suited to this role? You must have a minimum of English/Maths GCSE 4/C to apply for this role and you must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years. You must have Early Years Practitioner Level 2 or equivalent. Suitable for school leavers who may have carried out babysitting duties or work experience in a nursery setting. Caring and compassionate. Honest and trustworthy. Professional and positive-minded. Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative.
