We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our nurturing team at a vibrant Primary School Nursery in Bedford. As part of our supportive early years team, you will be responsible for helping children develop key skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supporting their well-being throughout their early years education. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3-5 years old. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development. Contribute to assessments and observations of children's progress. Work collaboratively with other nursery staff and primary school teachers to deliver a holistic learning experience. Skills and Experience: Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. A passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development. A clear understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A DBS check will be required for this role.
