As a Footprints Nursery Nurse, you will receive a competitive salary based on experience and an introductory bonus of £500 once your probation period has been passed. Footprints Day Nursery in Bollington is set within the grounds of Dean Valley Community school surrounded by trees and woodland close to the Middlewood way, canal, library and local parks, all of which our children and staff enjoy. Please note the postcode for this position is SK10 5HS and personal transport is required. We have an established tradition of delivering outstanding care and education to the children of Macclesfield and Bollington for over 22 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, family run, Ofsted Outstanding nursery. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact and make a big difference to children’s lives. When you join our team you will receive training from a supportive mentor who will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge within the Early Years. All of our Room Managers have progressed to their roles from inside the Nursery. We are also proud to say that our Nursery Managers and Deputy Nursery Managers also started out as Nursery Nurses with us so who knows where a job role with us can take you! We are keen to hear from you if you have: An NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare or unqualified with a passion for childcare; Some understanding of the EYFS; Excellent communication and people skills; Confidence and ability to work on your own initiative. Full training and personal development with a named mentor will be given.
