Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support to children in the Early Years, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Support children with SEN, particularly Autism, to engage and thrive in daily activities. Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver engaging and creative learning experiences. Build positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional development.

What We're Looking For: Experience as a Nursery Assistant, ideally with some exposure to SEN support. A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young children. A genuine passion for early years education and helping children succeed. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
