dependant on experience. Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be instrumental in creating a safe and enriching environment for children under your care. Your role is pivotal in developing early childhood education and ensuring each child's well-being. Duties:
Supervise and interact with children, prioritising their safety and happiness. Design and execute engaging activities that support learning and development. Cultivate a positive atmosphere that nurtures social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Maintain open communication with parents, offering updates on their child's progress. Collaborate with fellow staff to uphold a clean and organised learning space. Monitor children's behaviour, track progress, and identify areas for enhancement. Build strong relationships with children to boost self-esteem and independence. Manage daily routines including meals, naps, and toileting. Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting. Passion for early childhood education and genuine care for children's well-being. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and engage with children.
