High Hopes Day Nursery School in Leicester is currently on the lookout for an
Experienced Nursery Practitioner
to work in our nursery. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and education for all children. This includes identifying and meeting the individual needs of the children, as well as building positive working relationships with the children, staff, parents, and carers. You will need to hold a level 3 qualification in Childcare and have relevant experience in supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS in a Nursery Practitioner role. Experience, skills and attributes: Full and relevant level 3 or 2 qualification in Childcare. An inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development. Proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children. Observe, plan, and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework.
