January 2025 The role: Here at Vision For Education, we are working in partnership with a number of Nurseries and Primary Schools for Nursery Nurses. We are currently recruiting for Nursery Nurses to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. We are looking for passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurses to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Observe and assess children's development and keep accurate records. Work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. A genuine passion for working with young children. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team. First Aid certification is desirable.
