About the Role: Nursery Nurse:

This full-time, term-time-only position (10 am to 6 pm) involves working closely with parents, leaders, and fellow early years educators to provide outstanding care and education for children aged 6 months to 3 years. As a Nursery Nurse, you will:

Assist in delivering high-quality, child-centered learning experiences. Help create a safe, secure, and enabling environment for children's growth and exploration. Collaborate in the planning, evaluation, and adaptation of activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child. Support the holistic development of children through engaging and creative approaches.

Key Responsibilities: As a Nursery Nurse, you will:

Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are always adhered to. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress. Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.

To excel in this role as a Nursery Nurse, you should:

Hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent. Demonstrate experience working with children under 3 years old. Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Show a proactive attitude and passion for early childhood education.
