EYFS framework . Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Support the developmental needs of each child in your care. Uphold all safeguarding and Ofsted standards. What We’re Looking For: A

Level 3 childcare qualification

(or equivalent). A strong understanding of

EYFS

and child development. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
