The nursery offers a dynamic, caring, and supportive environment, focused on promoting the growth and development of young children. Passionate about providing exceptional childcare and early years education, they are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2/Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join their team and make a positive impact on the children's lives. Role Overview: As a Level 2/Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will play a key role in the nursery's daily activities, delivering outstanding care while supporting the emotional, social, and educational development of the children. Working alongside a team of experienced practitioners, you will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can flourish and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities and play. Plan and deliver educational experiences tailored to each child’s individual needs. Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to their developmental records. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain a safe and clean environment by following nursery policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members, offering support and guidance as needed. Actively contribute to creating an engaging learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. Attend staff meetings, engage in training opportunities, and participate in nursery events. Requirements: A Level 2/ Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential). Experience working with young children in an early years setting (essential). Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with children and contributing to their development. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. A commitment to continuous professional development.
