Key Information: Location : Louth, Lincolnshire Salary : Competitive pay, based on experience Flexible Hours : Full-time and part-time opportunities available Driving Licence : Essential (due to the need to travel to various schools) Qualifications & Experience Required: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification

(or equivalent) Experience working with children

in a classroom setting is essential Experience in a mainstream school

is preferred Knowledge of the National Curriculum

and classroom management strategies Specialised knowledge or experience in SEN

(Special Educational Needs) is beneficial, but not essential First Aid Training

is desirable Good communication skills

and the ability to work well with teachers and pupils Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, catering to individual learning needs Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources Help children with their social and emotional development Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents when necessary If you’re a motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for education, apply today to work in mainstream schools across
