Early Years Nursery Practitioner and Senior Room Leader/ Floor Manager We are currently looking for two enthusiastic staff members at our fabulous children's day nursery and preschool near Amersham. Room Leader or Floor Manager

(L3 or higher) and one either

Nursery Assistant/Practitioner

or

Senior Practitioner

(Level 2/3 or higher). Hours:

Ideally working over 4 or 5 days per week, but we can happily discuss options. Salary is negotiable based on hours, experience, and qualifications. The Nursery Practitioner / Senior Room Leader: Duties: Assisting with the Nursery Management in providing day-to-day high-quality childcare. Providing a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, and independence while meeting all the children's needs. Having key person responsibility and carrying out daily and individual planning. Ensuring a safe, secure, and caring environment for the well-being of the children. Working well within a team (Leadership role - Lead a team within the rooms). The ideal candidate will: Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play, and be safe. Have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS). Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five. Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in childcare or at a higher level. Be able to work well in a team.
