Early Years Nursery Practitioner and Nursery Senior Room Leader
We are currently looking for two new enthusiastic staff at our fabulous, outstanding rated children's day nursery and preschool in Watford. We are a beautiful setting with stunning grounds, uniquely designed classrooms, and a warm and welcoming feeling for staff and children alike.

We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a real passion for developing young minds, who, in addition to bringing their own experiences to the nursery, are eager to develop their knowledge base through continued learning.
We are looking for either a
Room Leader or Floor Manager
(L3 or higher) and one either
Nursery Practitioner
or
Senior Practitioner
(Level 2/3 or higher). Hours:
Working 36 or 40 hours over 4 or 5 days per week, but we are happy to discuss. Salary:
Negotiable based on hours, experience, and qualifications. The Nursery Practitioner / Senior Room Leader: Duties: Assisting with the Nursery Management in providing day-to-day high-quality childcare. Providing a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence, and meets all children's needs. Having key person responsibility and carrying out daily and individual planning. Ensuring a safe, secure, and caring environment for the well-being of the children. Working well within a team (Lead within a team as a senior lead). The ideal candidate will: Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play, and be safe. Have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS). Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five. Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in childcare or at a higher level. Be able to work well in a team.
