We are recruiting on behalf of a nursery on the outskirts of Brackley. The nursery is a warm and welcoming environment committed to providing high-quality early years education and care. Their focus is on creating a stimulating and safe environment where every child is valued, respected, and inspired to learn. Your Role: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the development, learning, and wellbeing of children aged 4-5 years. Your duties will include: Creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children. Planning and delivering activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Observing and assessing children's development and maintaining accurate records. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times. What We're Looking For: We're seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual who: Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent). Has experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. Is an excellent communicator and a team player.
