Nursery Practitioner

to join our network of schools and nurseries in

Blackburn , supporting young children in their crucial early years of development. This full-time role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality care and education within the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

framework. Key Responsibilities Care and Education:

Provide nurturing and stimulating care to promote children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. Activity Planning:

Create and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework, ensuring they cater to individual developmental needs. Child Development Monitoring:

Regularly observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and reports for parents and caregivers. Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Parental Communication:

Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, sharing updates on their child’s progress and offering guidance when needed. Safeguarding:

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications: Relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent). A minimum of 6 months of UK experience working with young children. Skills Required: Passion for Early Childhood Education:

Genuine enthusiasm for fostering children’s growth and development. Organisational Skills:

Ability to plan and implement structured activities effectively. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Adaptability:

Flexibility to respond to the diverse needs of children in the nursery setting. Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate with other practitioners to create a harmonious working environment. Knowledge of EYFS Framework:
