Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) First Aid certification GCSEs in English and Maths Previous experience working in a nursery setting preferred Understanding of child development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Safeguarding training Food Hygiene certification Physical requirements such as lifting and bending may be necessary.
