REED Education is working in partnership with a Nursery based in Croydon as an Early Years Practitioner. You will be playing a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3-5 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Day-to-day of the role:
Encouraging children’s development through play and teaching Creating a secure environment using imagination to help children learn Working with parents to support their children Monitoring progress and planning educational activities and games Having knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Having good knowledge of the 7 areas of development Required Skills and Qualifications:
Level 2 or 3 CACHE Childcare qualification Minimum of 1 year working within Early Years Strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to plan and deliver engaging and educational activities Patience, empathy, and ability to work well as part of a team Benefits:
