Job Description:

To support the management decisions and activities within the nursery unit in order to provide the highest quality care and learning opportunities for all children attending the nursery and to promote continuous improvement and development of all staff. Work effectively as a team member; consistently exhibit a flexible, positive and co-operative attitude. Demonstrate a willingness to learn, to apply that learning and work towards improvement and to take advantage of change. Remain loyal and confidential to Child 1st and their customers. Assist in developing and maintaining an attractive educational play environment in accordance with the guidance within the EYFS. Promote children’s intellectual, physical, emotional and social development. Establish positive relationships with the children and their families. Take responsibility for the safety and well-being of the children. Benefits:

Market Leading Salary – From £1,900 per month. Signing on bonus of £500! Opportunity to earn 3 extra days holiday for good attendance. Close at midday on Xmas Eve through to Jan. Company pays for all training and any time taken outside of working hours. Paid non-contact time and planning time provided. Comfortable staff rooms available for breaks. Robust, in-depth policies in place to protect and support staff. Managers ensure that the nursery is a ‘safe space’ for all staff, especially those dealing with personal issues.
