Requirements for this role: Level 3 or a level 2 NVQ or equivalent in childcare and ideally a year's relevant and recent work experience. Up to date working knowledge of EYFS statutory framework. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and commitment combined with a real passion to provide outstanding childcare. Excellent communicator and team player. Ideally trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Safety, Safeguarding/Child Protection, Behavioural Management, Special Educational Needs.
