The Role We are seeking compassionate, skilled nursery practitioners with experience working with young children. In this role, you will work closely with the wider team to provide personal care and learning opportunities. You will foster each child's development, manage sensory and emotional needs, and create a safe, inclusive environment.

Main Responsibilities Support young children to achieve developmental milestones. Deliver engaging activities tailored to individual needs. Work one-to-one and in small groups. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistency in care and learning. Assist with sensory and emotional regulation strategies. Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment. Keep accurate records of children's progress and share insights with the team.

Essential Criteria Experience working with young children with SEND. Strong understanding of child development and sensory needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach.

Desirable Criteria Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 in Early Years Education or equivalent). Additional training in SEND Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, or other communication strategies.
