Level 2 qualified Nursery Practitioner

to join our team at Cedars @ Boot Farm Day Nursery & Pre-School! We’re searching for enthusiastic childcare practitioners who are committed to delivering the highest standards of care and education while promoting equality and diversity in every aspect of their work. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional care and education to children, fostering their growth and development. Complete and monitor paperwork, including observations, planning, and learning journeys, in line with

EYFS requirements . Communicate effectively with parents and deliver quality handovers. Share important information with colleagues while maintaining confidentiality. Safeguard children’s well-being, addressing concerns and following safeguarding procedures. Arrive punctually (10 minutes before your shift starts) and work flexibly as needed. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, parent evenings, and nursery events. Perform domestic tasks and maintain the nursery’s presentation to high standards. Embrace and promote equality of opportunity while supporting children with additional needs. Foster strong relationships with colleagues, children, parents, OFSTED, and external agencies. Adhere to safeguarding procedures and complete all required pre-employment checks. Why Join Us?
