Education and Training A great Nursery is expanding their team for a Nursery Practitioner - Level 3, to start ASAP. This position is perfect for graduates who have recently passed Level 3 Childcare or for experienced Practitioners seeking a new challenge. The Nursery is connected to a Primary school, offering great prospects for career expansion with opportunities to explore KS1 or KS2 in the future. There are also opportunities for future roles in other year groups and for a managerial position for more experienced Practitioners. Experienced Nursery Practitioners - Level 3 are encouraged to apply and express interest in a managerial position. Salary:

Level 3 Childcare or similar (or above) Working Hours:

08:30am - 3:30pm with options for additional hours from 08:00am - 5:00pm if desired. Role Responsibilities: Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning. Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Key Person Role: Oversee children's development and care needs, building strong family connections. Required Qualifications: Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or similar. Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education. Skills: Good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities. To hold a clear Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate. The Oxford Nursery is committed to care, quality, value, and service.
