Qualification Required To be considered for this role, candidates should possess: A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification. Key Responsibilities As a Nursery Practitioner, you will: Plan and deliver creative and engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Observe, monitor, and assess children’s progress, documenting their achievements and developmental milestones. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, ensuring open and effective communication. Support children’s emotional well-being, offering comfort, encouragement, and reassurance when needed. Provide personal care tailored to the needs of each setting and age group. Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment. Ensure all safeguarding practices are understood and implemented effectively.
