Job description We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our client's friendly, dedicated, and family-founded Nursery in Newbury. Our client is a leading Early Years provider who holds strong values and commitment to Childcare. Our client puts its people first, offering a competitive salary and numerous benefits. This role requires a NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent. About the team The team is passionate about delivering early years education to the highest standards. The dedicated and enthusiastic team is focused on giving children the best start in life. The Nursery management team is committed to ensuring each member of staff feels empowered, with consistent opportunities to develop and grow as an Early Years educator. About you A NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent is essential. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and dedicated to Childcare and Education. Proven experience in Early Years Education with excellent communication, planning, and great organization skills is required. We seek someone who wants to make a real difference and work with a friendly, fun, and welcoming team.
