Responsibilities for our Nursery Practitioner: Work as part of a team to maintain a positive, safe and engaging environment whilst providing the highest level of care for all children Support delivery of the curriculum, ensuring all children receive the best opportunities for learning and development Support children's learning and development both indoors and outdoors with opportunities to explore, be active and be critical thinkers Build excellent relationships with children, parents/carers and the staff team Be an effective key person, maintaining accurate and effective observations Promote nursery values and follow policies & procedures Essential Skills and Experience: Dedicated and enthusiastic with a genuine passion to work with children The ability to work as part of a team and to use own initiative Good knowledge of the EYFS and relevant experience within an Early Years setting Good knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection and the wider legislative requirements for working with children A minimum level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification Location:
