Childcare Team Member – Tubbies Day Nursery Tubbies Day Nursery is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our childcare team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Deputy Manager, helping to inspire and support other rooms in developing and delivering a dynamic, engaging curriculum for our children. Your responsibilities will include monitoring folders, conducting audits, organizing activities, and ensuring that the nursery environment is stimulating and welcoming. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to drive creativity and engagement across the nursery. Motivate staff to develop and deliver exciting and age-appropriate activities. Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for the children. Ensure all administrative and educational folders are up-to-date and meet Ofsted standards. Act as a positive role model for children and colleagues. What We’re Looking For: Passion for working with children and creating a positive impact on their early years. Leadership qualities and ability to inspire others. Kind, happy, and always willing to go the extra mile. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Experience in meeting Ofsted requirements and working towards set targets and deadlines. Qualifications in Early Years and Education at Level 3. Working Hours: This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis, working 3 days a week (with hours of 9 am – 3 pm or 8 am – 3 pm, subject to change based on business needs). Job Types:
