This is a full-time on-site role as a Nursery Practitioner at our Elstead location. The Nursery Practitioner will be responsible for providing daily care and support to children, creating and implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and establishing positive relationships with children and their families. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills to ensure the well-being and development of the children. Role Requirements
Experience in childcare and working with young children Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for children Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children Basic understanding of health and safety regulations Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent First aid and safeguarding training certification This advert closes on 31/01/2025 with interviews to follow.
