Happy Days Nurseries in Verwood are seeking a kind and friendly Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming team.
As Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children by offering them the very best care and education using our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine.”
Your roles and responsibilities as Nursery Practitioner would include:
Performance

Supporting the effective running of the nursery by being organised and having the ability to plan and prioritise your work. Being positive, confident, and honest. Having great initiative and a “can do” attitude. Knowing and upholding our policies, procedures, and established working practices. Holding a recognised level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare. Outstanding Childcare
Being a “key person” for a group of children, ensuring that their care and development needs are being met at all times. Using our unique “Where Children Shine” curriculum to observe, plan, and assess children’s learning opportunities. Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirement policies and practices. Working with Others
