Job description We are currently hiring for Nursery Practitioners of all abilities at our amazing setting in Bromley (BR2)! Our setting is located a 15 minute walk from Bromley South station, and we also have a sister site in Sidcup. We offer diverse forms of active play that allow children to independently explore, discover, and investigate. Our children have access to natural resources that allow innovative and imaginative play where they can immerse themselves within their own adventures. We actively encourage our children to engage in the growing and harvesting of our own vegetables to be cooked during activities in our children's cooking programme. We engage and explore the outdoor spaces within the wider community to broaden horizons and advocate children to take risks while being within a secure and stable environment.

As a Nursery Practitioner, your main tasks and duties will include: Keeping a record of the children's progress to share with parents and other carers. Building and maintaining relationships with parents and other carers to facilitate the daily learning and care of the children. Providing support to other nursery staff members. Creating an environment that meets the needs of the children by considering their cultural and medical needs. Advising the Nursery Manager about concerns relating to a child or parent while respecting confidentiality requirements. Adhering to the nursery's policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements relating to child care. Maintaining high standards for safety, cleanliness, and hygiene. Creating fun and educational activities for the children under their care.

Our ideal candidate would: Hold a Level 2 & 3 in childcare. Have past experience within a nursery setting. Have a sound knowledge of the EYFS. Be able to communicate well.
