As a Nursery Quality and Development Manager, you will: Support all teams within the Nursery, working alongside the Manager. Work with the Nursery Room Leader in ensuring best practice within the room. Ensure that the teams are providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor always. Support the Room Leader in leading their teams together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice always. Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the Curriculum Excellence are followed. Be qualified at level 3 / SCQF 7 or above, with around 4 years of experience working in a Nursery and at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
