My client (nursery) in Leyton, London is seeking a nursery room leader. You must be qualified to a minimum of a level 3 nursery practitioner qualification to apply.
We are looking to recruit either experienced Room Leaders or Level 3 Practitioners looking to step up into a more senior role.
This position is for the baby room.
We are looking for Room Leaders who are very focused on getting the best out of the staff team through motivation and appreciation. We are very focused on the welfare of our teams and know that happy staff = happy children.
