A new OUTSTANDING family run Nursery in Catford is looking for Room Leaders to join the team, they currently have vacancies for their Baby Room.
The Baby Room caters for a maximum of 6 babies aged 3-12 months.
The Manager is looking for someone who is confident, warm, caring, kind, and passionate about childcare.
This is a full-time permanent position, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week; therefore, please only apply if you can commit to the following:
Monday to Friday
Shifts between the hours of 8am-6pm

Minimum Level 3 Qualified in Childcare
Experience working with Early Years
Experience of leading/supervising
At least 2 years working in a Nursery
Up to date DBS (If not, must be willing to complete one)
Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS
Excellent communication skills both written & spoken
You will be required to carry out the following duties:
Working in a team supporting & leading the team
Follow Nursery's policies and procedures
Sharing innovative new ideas
Ensuring the children's needs are met as well as keeping them safe at all times
Carry out observations and planning on key children
Communicate with children, staff, and parents on a daily basis
To ensure responsibility for the effective daily running of the rooms
To have a sound knowledge of company policies, procedures, and expectations
To act as an excellent role model to the staff team showcasing high-quality practice in all areas
To take responsibility for excellent hygiene, health, safety, and security practice within the nursery
To work cooperatively with the managers, deputy, and other room leaders
To work with outside professionals where required
To work closely with parents and create trusting relationships with all families
