to join a reputable childcare nursery. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary of up to £27,040. As a
Room Leader , you will provide leadership and management for playroom staff, ensuring excellent care and education for all children in collaboration with the management team. You will be responsible for: Ensuring accurate planning and assessment by appropriate staff. Supporting good practices for special educational needs and inclusion. Effectively deploying staff to maintain required standards. Ensuring child safety and staff confidence in safeguarding procedures. Supporting EYFS implementation in line with current guidelines. Developing professional relationships with outside agencies. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Deputy Manager, Assistant Room Manager, or in a similar role. At least 2 years of experience working as a Nursery Practitioner. Possess a Level 3 qualification. Background in communicating with parents and carers. Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures. Understanding of the current Early Years Inspection Framework. Ideally hold SENDCO qualification, Food Hygiene Level 2, and Paediatric First Aid certification.
