Having been established for over 30 years with 12 nurseries across the Southeast, we are excited to be expanding with our newest nursery opening in Crawley this summer. Located minutes from Crawley town centre, our new nursery is set in a large Victorian home which we have transformed into a welcoming environment for families and childcare professionals to enjoy. We are currently looking for a room leader to join us! About the role: This role is open to those with an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and previous experience in leadership. You’re an able and enthusiastic leader, a people person who can communicate well with others at all levels, from employees to young children. With previous experience of leading a team, you’ll have an excellent understanding of all standards and requirements that our nursery needs to comply with, including the EYFS, Ofsted and Health and Safety. Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery by adhering to the relevant policies and procedures. Using your knowledge, experience, and imagination to come up with new ideas and activities. Building relationships with children and communicating well with their parents. Making sure every working day is fun! Your qualifications and experience: Suitable qualifications: an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, and the ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities. To be aware of the role of planning, observation, and keeping records when caring for nursery-aged children. Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and meeting their needs.
