Nursery Room Leader
A position has become available for an experienced Senior Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Room Leader at our clients day nursery in Croydon.
This is an outstanding nursery setting which is part of an independent nursery group that has an excellent reputation for its childcare provision and promotes an open, friendly and supportive environment for its practitioners.
Responsibilities:
Lead the nursery room and support staff in delivering high-quality care.
Ensure compliance with nursery policies and procedures.
Develop and implement engaging educational programs.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
Monitor children's progress and well-being.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education.
Experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
