Role Overview: Academics is seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join this exceptional nursery on a temp to perm basis. Initially working through Academics, you will have the opportunity to transition to a permanent contract with the nursery after a successful period. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, providing flexibility to fit your schedule. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. Planning and implementing educational activities in line with the EYFS framework. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff. Monitoring and recording children's progress and development. Ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and the nursery's policies.
