Our client is currently seeking an experienced, qualified, and confident Room Leader to work at their Ealing nursery.
Responsibilities:
Supporting staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met.
Observing children and managing their learning and development records.
Working with the EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors.
Being a key person, completing observations and reports where required.
Building positive relationships with parents and Ofsted.
Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
Attending staff meetings and training as required.
Maintaining confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be Level 3 qualified.
Must have a clean DBS which is either valid or on update service.
Must have 2 references.
Must be a strong team player and leader.
