Raven Medical are recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to work with a Nursery in Isleworth, Middlesex. This is a permanent post, working full time.
Responsibilities:
Caring for children: Ensuring children receive high-quality care that supports their personal development. Creating a stimulating environment: Providing a learning environment that promotes independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. Supervising staff: Mentoring and training staff members, and assigning tasks and schedules. Building relationships: Establishing positive relationships with parents, carers, and staff. Complying with regulations: Ensuring the nursery complies with all regulatory requirements. Assessing children's progress: Monitoring, recording, and assessing children's progress. Maintaining records: Keeping records such as attendance registers, accident records, and safety checks. Identifying risks: Identifying potential risks to children and developing ways to minimize them. Establishing procedures: Establishing emergency and security procedures. Encouraging cleaning practices: Encouraging practices such as handwashing and hand sanitizing. Contributing to curriculum plans: Contributing to curriculum plans that meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Level 3 Childcare or equivalent.
