to join the team at a reputable nursery in

Toxteth. Role : Room Leader Location : Toxteth Salary : Competitive, based on experience Contract : Full-time, permanent Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners in your designated room. Ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development. Work closely with parents, carers, and the nursery management team. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Monitor and assess children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework. Requirements: Level 3

or above in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Proven experience working in a nursery setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies. Paediatric First Aid certification (preferred but not essential). A positive, enthusiastic, and caring approach. Why Join Us?
