Room Leader and Nursery Practitioners
to join our Baby, Toddler, or Preschool room for this 90-place nursery located in South Kensington. With excellent public transport links, your daily commute will be effortless, and you'll be just a stone's throw away from the renowned Natural History Museum and Science Museum. Role:
Room Leader Guide, inspire, and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education. Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside. Deliver learning experiences that support children's development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones. Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and relevant professionals to attend to each child's unique needs. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times. Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis. Requirements: Must be Early Years qualified Level 3 or above. Experience in an Early Years setting ideally as Room Leader or similar. A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes. An inspirational Room Leader that can develop a high-performing team. Right to work in the United Kingdom. A caring and patient attitude with a genuine passion for working with children. Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting.
