Raven Medical are recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to work with a Nursery in Isleworth, Middlesex. This is a permanent post, working full time.
Responsibilities:
Caring for children : Ensuring children receive high-quality care that supports their personal development.
Creating a stimulating environment : Providing a learning environment that promotes independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.
Supervising staff : Mentoring and training staff members, and assigning tasks and schedules.
Building relationships : Establishing positive relationships with parents, carers, and staff.
Complying with regulations : Ensuring the nursery complies with all regulatory requirements.
Assessing children's progress : Monitoring, recording, and assessing children's progress.
Maintaining records : Keeping records such as attendance registers, accident records, and safety checks.
Identifying risks : Identifying potential risks to children and developing ways to minimize them.
Establishing procedures : Establishing emergency and security procedures.
Encouraging cleaning practices : Encouraging practices such as handwashing and hand sanitizing.
Contributing to curriculum plans : Contributing to curriculum plans that meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
