About the Role: We are looking to find a dedicated Full-Time Nursery Room Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to join a nurturing and creative environment, making a real difference in young children's lives. Job Description: As the Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in managing the daily activities and operations within your designated room. This full-time position requires a motivated individual with strong leadership skills, who can create a safe and engaging space for children and offer support to the nursery staff. You will help ensure that each child has the opportunity to thrive in a positive, developmentally appropriate environment that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
