Key Responsibilities Lead a designated room, ensuring a high standard of care and education for children aged 0-5. Plan and implement creative and educational activities that support children's development. Oversee day-to-day operations within your room, including managing a small team of practitioners. Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and welcoming for children and staff. Work closely with parents and families, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on children's progress. Maintain compliance with
EYFS
and
Ofsted
regulations.
What We're Looking For A
Level 3 Early Years qualification
(essential). Experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably in a
Room Leader
role. Strong knowledge of
EYFS
and
safeguarding
practices. Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team of practitioners. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working with young children and their families. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
