KiddyKare are looking for a Room Leader to join a small and well-established nursery in Tadworth. This nursery boasts of its amazing garden space and extra-curricular activities for the children. If you're passionate, enthusiastic and can role model and inspire people to deliver fantastic experiences for children and their families, then this is the role for you! With a salary of £28,500 working 40 hours a week, the Room Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained. Key responsibilities include: Leading a team of educators and ensuring compliance with nursery policies. Planning and implementing engaging educational activities. Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children. Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers. Minimum requirements for the role include relevant childcare qualifications and experience in a similar position.
