Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room. Your role will involve providing quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, and fostering a nurturing environment. Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children in the nursery room. Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development. Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the nursery room. Provide guidance and support to assistant staff members. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Skills:

Early childhood education: Possess knowledge of child development principles and early learning strategies. Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues. Childcare experience: Previous experience working in a childcare setting is preferred. Strong leadership skills: Ability to lead a team of staff members and manage daily operations. Nursery expertise: Familiarity with nursery routines, procedures, and best practices. Proficient in English: Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing. Experience with children: Demonstrated experience in caring for and interacting with children.
