Job description Are you NVQ level 3 qualified in Early Years and Childcare? Are you looking for a fantastic challenge in a well-established nursery setting? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you! We are recruiting experienced and efficient Nursery Room Leaders for our well-established nursery setting in Uxbridge. We are looking for Nursery Room Leaders to work as part of a team to assist in providing a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children. To plan and assess based on children's individual needs and support them in their development. To work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers, and other multi-professionals. To be committed to safeguarding and creating an inclusive environment. You will be joining a highly skilled team that is customer-focused and believes in developing the staff and achieving the best start for the children in their care. Nursery Room Leader Responsibilities

Creating stimulating play for children inside and outside Carrying out and writing observations Planning activities for your key children Personal care of the children Completing daily records of the children's activities Sharing information with parents Participating in team meetings Nursery Room Leader Requirements

MUST have an NVQ 3 in childcare and education A genuine passion and interest in working with children A team player who uses their own initiative Punctual and reliable DBS checked and registered on the update service Nursery Room Leader Experience
