Nursery Room Leader
looking for a new challenge or someone who is a Practitioner looking for that next step! BASED NEAR WATFORD, THIS IS A FULL TIME ALL YEAR ROUND 40 HOURS A WEEK POSITION. Ideally someone with baby room experience would be perfect! Salary is up to £27,000 pa, depending upon experience and qualifications. Skills for this Nursery Room Leader position will require:
Minimum L3 qualification in early years or equivalent (this can include NNEB, a teaching qualification in early years or QTS) Experience working as a senior/nursery nurse level in the baby room, in a nursery setting in the UK, ready for a step up Ideally experience of working at Room Manager level, leading a team of nursery practitioners Passion, empathy, reliability and a good communicator The nursery offers a huge number of benefits including:
